HP Omen Laptop Product No 4LS06PA#ABG
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn my computer off power is still supplied out through the YSB Ports to anything still connected - GPS, External Drives etc.

Previously I have been able to turn this "Feature" OFF through the Control Panel.

I have not been able to find out how to do this from this Laptop. I've Googled it, Gone through Forums, etc to no avail.

I keep turning the Laptop off and then discovering that my GPS is robbing me of battery power and the external drives are still running. Highly undesirable.

I have never been able to turn it off in control panel. I always have to go to bios to get it off. If i hard reset or unplug the battery it resets to on and i have to go back into bios to turn the option off again. It is def a pain but it can be turned off in my an012dx's bios.

Many thanks.

I have changed it - having had to google how to break into the BIOS.

A great Christmas Present thanks.
