Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Omen 17 which is still under warranty.  I bought it this past summer.  It is a model ck1020nr.  For the past 3-4 months, it has started freezing up on me. Sometimes it makes a click sound like a little electric spark.  I can reboot it and it comes back up.  Now, I see that only the right fan has been running.  I opened the back and turned it on and sure enough, the left fan never ran.  All the dust on the grill was on the other fan.  So, I also have 2 2tb NVME's on it (with heat sheilds mounted).  I believe it is shutting down from overheating.  I've looked in the Event Viewer and there is a message there but nothing about overheating.  Any guesses what HP would offer to do to fix this fan issue?
