Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using my Omen the other day and it made a cracking/pop sound and shut off, I noticed the case had come apart and looked online to see what was going on and all evidence pointed to the battery.

After all the recalls and issues I have seen on this forum it seems to be who you get in touch with depends on how it is resolved.

Can you please point me to someone who can help me out?

I am not sure why it is not letting me post images but every time I upload one it is replacing it with a triangle or no entry image in the post!

Since this is a Hardware issue please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
