Product: HP Omen 17t w/ RTX2080
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Out of the blue (or at least without any updates to my knowledge) my Omen 17t w/ RTX2080  (150W version) completely stopped utilizing the NVIDIA GPU as my FPS dropped down to 4-5fps instead of the 60 or so (I capped the game at 60)- NVIDIA and Win10 Drivers are up to date, the HP BIOS is up to date(I also didnt see an option in BIOS to change graphics settings)..

 

But, if I run a benchmark OR a mining program the NVIDIA fan spools up and works just fine. Is my GPU stuck on power saver mode for steam? I am totally dumbfounded at how this changed so randomly.
