OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Starting a new thread as the original was closed but without resolution.

I use Steam for most of my PC games (don't we all?).

However, none of my games from Steam show up in the HP Omen Command Center game launcher?  Which means I can't try to win any rewards, track game time, launch games from the launcher, etc.

I am sure I'm not alone in using Steam for games, but has anyone figured out a way to populate the launcher with Steam games?

I also can't seem to get Overwatch in there----one of the rewards is for playing Overwatch, a game which has only one distributor (Blizzard) and hence requires their launcher, but the Omen Command Center shows me with 0 hours after several attempts, restarts, and games.

I was asked to use the Feedback button (bottom left corner of the command window) and put a comment in explaining what is happening.   Did that, included the log files, etc. , however I never heard anything back from HP through the feedback system.

I'm still having the same issues, only now it seems they're simply consistent (still can't launch games from the launcher because it's empty & never populates, Rewards worked for a day but now asks me to create an account and can't get past the birthday, etc.).  Sometimes a few Blizzard games show up, but never Overwatch, for example.

I'll add now that BOTH the HP Omen Command Center and this HP site seem to log me out nearly every time----whenever I get the Command Center to actually do anything other than the loading logo it asks me to sign in again. No errors there, but maybe constantly having to sign in with my email and password is somehow the issue?  Not sure, and more to the point not sure what to do about that part regardless

I was contacted by PM and requested to call a toll-free number.  I spoke on the phone HP rep, Jone, who helped uninstall again and re-reininstall the HP Omen Command Center.  We logged in, and it's doing the same thing----no Steam games are showing up or can be forced in the launcher.  So far I've done exactly this on my own before a few times, so hopefully this time will be different, but for now I can really only launch "Steam" itself from the Command Center launcher, meaning I can't earn many rewards that require launching several games from the launcher, for example.

The frustrating part about the call is I was told the Omen Command Center was working properly, and Steam games aren't supposed to show up in the launcher, only the Steam app itself.  This doesn't seem accurate, but I couldn't convince him there was a problem since the app wasn't crashing, so I think I'm at a dead end, which is why I decided to start a new thread here on HP's community site to see if anyone else here has any ideas and if we're supposed to be able to launch any games outside of Steam, Blizzard and Epic games from the Omen Command Center.

Also, any rewards I HAVE earned, none of them are redeemable----I never got an email for them, and when I click "resend prize redemption email" also nothing happens.  I have no new info, and tech support will call me back today but he was insistant that this is how command center is supposed to work (ie, not showing Steam games but showing the Steam app launcher in the HP Omen launcher, not showing Overwatch & Blizzard games, etc.)

Again, I DO have a caveat-----I still seem to have to login here every time, even when I select "remember me" in my browser.  So far the Omen Command Center has remembered me the last 24 hours, but one of the things it did before (including after several installs) was ask me to login most times I opened it, and/or never let me log in outright.  I'd like to think that would be useful info, but the tech didn't seem to think so and I sincerely don't know what to think to do about that regardless, so I may be stuck.
