OMEN Laptop - 15-dh1087nr
Microsoft Windows 11

The HP Omen Gaming Hub freezes up whenever I click an option to navigate within the program. The program will consistently load to its initial screen and proceed to lock up immediately whenever I click on any available option. For example, if I click on the taskbar shortcut or use the Omen Key on my keyboard, the program has no problem loading; once I click on any option such as "Performance Control," "Lighting," or "Omen 15" to navigate the program: the screen does not change, the mouse icon is immediately stuck as the pointer (hand) icon, the program is unresponsive, and the only way to close the program is either through task manager or turning off/restarting the computer. This has become a serious problem as I cannot adjust the fan setting manually so during classes, my fan is on full blast, and during gaming sessions, my fan will be inactive, allowing my device to overheat. Further, I cannot use any other HP Omen Gaming Hub functions. My operating system and all related drivers are up to date. Restarting the computer has also failed to yield any results. If there are any solutions to my problem, I am eager to hear them.
