Yeah, this is pretty much unacceptable for a gaming PC that we paid a lot of money for. I recall a setting when I install the app to disable ads, but it doesn't seem to have done anything. I don't see it when I go into settings now.
HP, please fix this.

Hi @Flapack,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Unfortunately, there’s no official setting to fully remove all ads or promotional banners in Omen Gaming Hub.
You can minimize or hide most of them by:
Turning off “Show promotions / recommended content” in the app settings.
Disabling background permissions so it can’t fetch new ads.
Turning off notifications for the app in Windows settings.
This won’t eliminate every single banner, but it stops most pop-ups and background promotions.
I hope this helps.
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍✨
Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Hi, Kuroi. Apologies for not responding. To be honest, I was disappointed in the response and didn't feel like replying. The tool you provide is great, but it also falls into the software/drivers application to me, and should not have ads (or should at least have the ability to fully turn them off). I could see if this was a tool you could use on any PC.... not just HP gaming laptops, but it's not. We already paid for our PC. Please allow us to enjoy an ad-free experience in the future.
