My volume keys (and pretty much the whole Function Line of Keys F5. F6, F7) on my new Omen Laptop are not working. I started doing research, and I found something about Reverse Function keys??? I found something that pretty much told me how to reset everything by restarting my computer and using f10. I'm so new to this, that I'm a little scared of screwing my laptop up because it's brand new.  

 

But I'm putting it out here to see if anyone has any helpful advice. I tried the FN + Caps lock, Fn+Esc. and that does not seem to really work. I do get a pop up with fn + esc. though ... Run System diagnostics? Would that help me in some way? It's brand new and I wish this was a lot easier to figure out.
