Hello,

i really need help with finding out what is the maximum ram my laptop can support!

 

My product name is : OMEN by HP Laptop 17-an0xx

When i look on the HP web-site using my product number  product name is: OMEN by HP - 17-an009nv

 

My current total memory is 12GB : Slot 1-> 8GB Sumsung ddr4-2400

                                                                   Slot 2-> 4GB Samsung ddr4-2400

 

Is it possible to replace my current memory with  2x 16gb DDR4 SO-DIMM 2400 ? (not sure if im allowed to refer brand name but its not samsung).

According to the report you can install 2 x 16 GB of memory in your notebook.
