HP Omen Order was cancelled without any proper reason

MY Omen order was cancelled the next day after the payment was cleared from the bank. The support given was as simple as it was a system error and nothing HP can do to resolve it. Given this was an error from HP  least they can do is confirm that they will refund the money or re-order the cancelled order. But neither was an acceptable choice and no other help was given. Regret choosing HP after my being with Alienware/Dell for over 10 years.

Our Community cannot help directly.  We are not HP Sales.

 

That said,

 

  • I have submitted a request that someone take a look.
  • Please know that because our Community is not HP Technical Support, we are not a direct conduit to HP.
  • When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you. 
  • Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”.  Vermin are looking for victims.

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
