OMEN 15-en0000 Laptop PC (1C099AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been having random BSOD issues for months, with the rate of them increasing. I have done almost every scan imaginable, multiple times, updated drivers, BIOS, gone through thee virtual assistant and opened up a case (that was ignored by HP), practically ruled out both software and hardware issues, reset my system several times, with no luck.

I do believe it to be a hardware issue because for the grand majority of crashes, they occurred with it was on 100% battery, with the charger in the laptop. There has only been one crash that wasn't on 100% when it crashed and it was still plugged in at the time. I have ruled out an issue with the charger, as I bought a new one and it still had BSOD/black screen issues. I do suspect a battery or perhaps a motherboard problem, but aside from the charger angle, I have no specialist knowledge on the crashes, as the codes seem to vary and not be tied to anything that might be useful. I am uploading the crash information from the only available BSOD errors (due to the resets wiping previous data) in the hopes that someone has any guidance so that when I am able to afford to take it to a local repair service, I can have a clear idea of what is causing the problem!

I have the exact same issue. For months I have been intermittently experiencing BSOD, black screen, or screen freeze. I had a hunch that it only happened when plugged into the charger, so I put a sticky note next to touch pad to keep a tally of when each event occured and whether the laptop was on the charger or on battery. At least 9 events recorded since then (~ 4 months)  and all occurred while on the charger...

The frequency of *observed* events has decreased drastically since I have been trying not to use my laptop when it's charging to avoid being interrupted by the BSODS, black screen, and screen freezes, but often when I go to use my computer the next day after leaving it on the charger, it is clear that my computer restarted without my command. This leads me to believe that it BSODs still just as often, just not when I'm in front of it.

Anyways, I appreciate your post. I saw that you tried a new charger but with no luck. Did you try a new battery yet?
