HP Omen Random Shut Down

Hello, 

I have an omen 15t-dh100 that will randomly shut down when the charger is disconnected. I have talked to an OMEN representative who was really helpful but the problem persists. The only thing I have done to the laptop is put in a Samsung NVME and all of those drivers are up to date. So far I have done....

• updated bios to F15 
• Updated GPU driver via the Nvidia application
• Updated all of the other drivers that are listed on the HP site
• Updated windows components

I've had this for two months now and sending this out isn't quiet an options because this is my work computer.  I'm hoping this is just a failing RAM stick (Unlikely). I will run some more of the built in HP Diagnostic tools but if anybody had this issue and resolved it please share what you did.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer shuts down when you unplug the charger.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you run a test on the battery following the steps in the below article and make sure whether it is a software or a hardware issue.
