HP Recommended

My son has all the specs he needs to run Star Citizen except for the system memory. It says he has a current RAM level of 12 GB and recommends 16. I build PCs but I've never adding to laptops. Is this just an easy swap or is it more complicated than that?

Well, depending on what are you looking at. Access to internal part now is a lot harder than on older machines. A Maintenance and Service Guide would help but what is your machine ?
