Hi all i bought my device a smidge over a year ago, had many many issues with it but since battlefield 6 came out i tried to play it, no go the Dedicated gpu is faulty i actually tried to get it working cos i had a little time, but no luck remember back i emailed the store about the issue with no response was going to RMA a long time ago, but hard when HP ignore you. So now i can’t play my game nor any games nothing will launch with dedicated GPU. Warranty is out by 1 month but consumer affairs so that won’t matter if it’s been broken so long. I need help with a replacement or refund on this unit. $4900 or there about for a laptop is a premium and should last many years

@Revved, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Omen Transcend!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with your HP Omen Transcend 16” gaming laptop, especially regarding the dedicated GPU failure. Here's how you can proceed to address the situation:

Update Drivers and BIOS: Ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for your graphics card and the BIOS for your laptop. You can download these updates from the HP Support website.

Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your operating system is fully updated, as sometimes compatibility with games can be improved with system updates.

Hardware Diagnostics: Run HP's built-in hardware diagnostic tools to confirm if there's a fault with the GPU. This could provide more information on the issue.

Attempt a Factory Reset: Before proceeding with a warranty claim, you might consider resetting the device to its factory settings. This is a last resort option and will wipe existing data.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
