@WAGAZZAZ I suggest you go through the steps mentioned in this link to find a solution with regards to the dock: click here for details.
I understand the link isn't specific to your dock, however, it covers all generic docking stations and the details should help.
If the issue persists, please restart the setup process and check if it works.

@WAGAZZAZ as mentioned in the last post, the link is not for your device, however, the suggestions will help resolve the issue, that said, please click here and redo the setup or ensure everything is in place for your VR backpack to resolve the issue.
