HP Omen battery's design capacity keep increase and decrease

Hi, I just bought this laptop 2 weeks ago and I have done HP and windows battery check. The design capacity keeps changing. The full charge capacity used to be 98% and changed to 93% and now it's 90 or 91%. Below are the results I got from battery check. Can anyone tell me is this normal or the battery is a defect? Thanks!

Note: I have already tried to calibrate the battery, it didn't work.

I recommend you update the BIOS on the computer from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Click the Windows “Start” button and right-click “Computer.”

Step 2: Click “Manage,” then “Device Manager.”

Step 3: Click the “Batteries” section. A list of devices will appear.

Step 4: Right-click the “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery” device and click “Uninstall.”

Step 5: Click the “Action” menu item and “Scan for Hardware Changes” to reinstall the driver.

Restart the computer and test.
