When running games such as Fallout on High settings my framerate reaches a maximum of 40fps. Which is confusing since I have recently bought the laptop and the framerates used to reach as mhigh as 110 fps on high settings. My CPU usage appears to be incredibly low barely reaching the high fifties

Also worth noting was that I also undervolted my cpu using throttlestop and it increased framerate, however these effects seem to have dissapeared

I have also disabled the high precision event timer

If any of you have any advice to fix this it would help me trememndously. Thanks 🙂
