Hello
My laptop's battery became swollen recently. I removed it because I don't think it's safe.
The laptop warranty has expired- my laptop is 3 years old.
There are lots if topics with the same issue.

etc
Is there a "HP-official" solution for this problem? Is there any way HP replacing my battery?

After my second post here I was contacted by HP Customer Relations Team. They asked me my serial number.
Its already 2 months and I haven't got answer for my question from HP. I have never seen such a crappy customer service.
I think I have to contact Enrique Lores...

So after 2 months I received an answer. They even cant read. I wrote in my first post that laptop warranty has expired. Good job, HP. I disagree, that the swollen battery is not a safety issue. I can give you my swollen battery. Does anybody from HP want to leave it in your living room?
"We want to apologize, that for a long time you did not get any information from HP.
Why you did not try to reach us via email or phone previously?
Do you still have warranty of this device?
If not, we cannot change the battery, as this is not a safety issue because unit is out of warranty. The swollen battery is not a safety issue à it is safe to use.
More info here:

You can contact our warranty service, maybe they can order the new one, but you will have to pay for it."
