Omen by HP 15-ce0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I own this HP Omen laptop with 16gigs of RAM, 6gb GPU and i7-700 CPU.  When I bought it, it wasn't behaving this way, but I should mention it was pretty easy to get it to 90+ Celsius, before I learned about undervolting. Well overheating is not a problem now, but most of the time, when I turn on my laptop, all the animatios, mouse cursor movement are really smooth and nice, but then all of the sudden it just stops and is not so smooth anymore. Feels as if you were playing on 100FPS and then it switched to 40. 😞

Also I should mention, that when I play CS:GO, and ALT+TAB, it usually does the same thing after a few ALT+TABS, but ALSO slows down the CS:GO  in a weird way. It limits the fps to 60 and it starts being really laggy and unplayable.

But 70 degrees celsius isn't that much, or is it? 🙂

Over 90°C is too high. You can run your machine under 90°C but not for a whole day, everyday.
