HP Omen 17 cb0006na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I have a Hp omen 17 with i7 and rtx2070

Original windows 10 charger etc...

I left it in sleeping mode and when i came back around 4-5hrs later it just won't turn on any more.  Checked the warranty it's expired a few week ago ...

The power indicator don't show orange or blue so my first tip was the charger died (19.5v 230w)

But than why the battery dried in sleeping mode?

-I checked the charger its giving the 19.5V (19.8)

- Disassemble the laptop, take ot the battery still can't turn it on. (NOTHING happens when push the power button even for 1 min pushing. )

-I Checked the battery when the ac plugged in i saw 19.7-19.8V on the multimeter so it should be able to give the power to turn on.

What else can i try?

-Power button + win+b/v button didn't worked also.
