Hello , 

I am feeling terrible after spending a lot of money on my HP -OMEN and getting only loads of manufacturing defects since the start.

It has been 2 years since i bought it. 

Since then , after every few months a new hardware issue comes up and it gets totaly irritating.

Although for the 1st year , those were fixed under warrenty not  once , not twice but thrice. 

Just after warranty expired , New issues came up. Still today i have got display issues , HINGE issue , body defects etc etc . list is long.

I handle my laptop with care .

 

Since the 1st week , i could saw my right hinge dislocated from the joint , i didnt pay much attention to it.

As i thought the product is from HP and it is okay such minor defect.

But today that right hinge has torn  my body .

It grew more and more eventually after the warrenty expired.

It is soo sad that after spending more than $1000 on such an elite notebook , i am getting pathetic product from HP.

 

The manufaturing defect cost me much more . And i m sure HP wont consider my thoughts and will continue to demean loyal customers like me and ignore to make their profit. 

I need a same replacement of my product otherwise , i really wont let anyone feel the way i am feeling . Only if i feeel that HP reaaly cares about its customers only then i will continue to use HP products.
