Product: Omen 17-an100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just started having a problem with the laptop not charging when plugged in. It would register the cord and show charging for 2-3 seconds and then not charge. Now the battery is dead, when I plug in the charger I get the orange charging light for 2-3 seconds and then nothing.  I’ve tried several different outlets.

I assume you are still under warranty considering that series is less than a year old.

You will need to contact HP Support for a warranty issue.
