HP Omen wont charge

HP Omen Laptop will not charge. I ran troubleshooters, followed steps on posts online to update battery drivers, bought new charger but nothing fixed problem. It will hold a charge when plugged in but will not go past whatever number it is currently at. If it is unplugged it immediately starts to die.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. If you have already performed the steps from the document- the Battery does not power the notebook or hold a charge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
