Omen 15t-dh100

I ordered a Gaming Notebook (HP Omen 15t-dh100) that is custom built (i7 10750H and RTX 2060 60 Hz) and have a few question about the order status.
1). Why isn't my order status bar going up to the next step after I ordered it? I ordered it on Feb 5, 2021 and my estimated ship date is today (3/5/21) \One Month/ and it's on step 1. Also, my status bar isn't there anymore. 

2.) Why doesn't my Order Number work when I try to enter in https://store.hp.com/us/en/MyAccountOrderStatusView?catalogId=10051&langId=-1&storeId=10151  I entered my order number, email, and billing number correctly  but it was not found. I did not make an account when buying my laptop. I have the email for my receipt and order status link (ready to view with a click) but it doesn't work. I am stressed out, please resolve the issues I am experiencing please.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
