HP PAVILION 15 GAMING LAPTOP 15ec
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Pavilion 15ec Gaming Laptop with 8gb RAM and a GPU of 4GB NVIDIA GTX1650 and I am facing a very low output from laptop.(ITS NOT EVEN A MONTH SINCE I HVE BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP)

The gpu isnt able to provide a responsive refreshrate on games, i have tried updating all of my drivers ,changing power plan and nvidia control panel settings to maximum perfomace. I am facing fluctuations in gpu and cpu usage% while gaming whereas it isnt even overheating, The framerates jump from 60 to 40 to 20 to even5 .This is so stressful , its not even able to run a game smoothly for which its hardware components are way better then recomended. The graphs are never good the percentage is never stable in any case. Apart from gaming my laptop has crashed 3 times while i was streaming a movie/show.  Am i supposed to use a 60k laptop for just browsing ??

Please help me with these issues im sick of searching internet for solutions..
