My son uses an HP gaming laptop, lately, he complains that it shuts down by itself. So I updated the UEFI to the latest version and ran a test on components and I received the following ID: GUVPKR-93XB4W-XD7W2J-08F303 could someone please help and tell me what to do. I would like to understand what's the problem. Thank you in advance.

Hi @ChrisKA69
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Along with that could you tell me if your son is able to boot into Windows?
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds and let me know the outcome of it.
Keep me posted.
