Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi! I have a HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B1AV) and I was informed by HP support that I talked to before that the USB C should be working with a Display port. I tried it with a USB C to DP cable and it is not working. Can someone help?

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information about your computer. This is not sensitive data.

It is allowed to post in public.

 

You will find this information on the rear of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.
