Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I am using HP Pavilion 15-EC2087AX. I want to use multiple monitors. I am using 1 external monitor via HDMI port. I connected dock to USB-C port then HDMI dock to another monitor, however, I think it is not Display enabled so it is not detecting the 2nd monitor.

Will the USB 3.0 can connect to other monitor? Using USB to HDMI? Been struggling lately as I am purchasing a lot of cables but not working what I wanted.

P.S.

Sorry. I don't think the hp pavilion 15-EC2087AX have USB 3.0 port. 😞

Does this mean no chance to have 2 external monitors?

Its USB-C port is hopeless and it does NOT have USB 3.0 port therefore you have to use USB 2.0 active display (or DisplayLink certified) adapter to connect to the second extrenal monitor. Please read the following article first because frame rate may drop
