So I'm really stumped here!

It happened out of nowhere, when I try to start my laptop, it goes to the HP logo, stops there, and keeps rebooting. I've ran diagnostics and memory board storage processor all passed. I cant even try to use a media creation tool, itll go passed the HP logo to a light blue screen, hang for about a minute then shut down.i get the error 0xc00000f when I try to to enter startup settings, recovery environment. I cant think of anything else. Has anyone has these exact issues and found a solution? The laptop is great while it worked having a ryzen 5 4000 series cpu and a nvidia gtx 1650 gpu.

Any help would be appreciated

(and sadly warranty ended in november 2022)

I've also tried a bios rollback, and a bios update to the newest version available as of right now. Aswell as new storage. The only thing I didnt do was replace the cmos battery, but I really dont think a dead cmos battery would cause these many issues. Any input at all would be appreciated
