Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So does this particular model not have the ability to control its backlit keys beyond the basic brightness levels? I have tried the Omen app and the light studio, neither show any functionality in their ability to change the lighting or control it in anyway. Have I misinterpreted the capabilities of the keyboard/laptop? Or is there some underlying issue at work here? They are stuck green, which I have no idea if that is their base and only setting or not. Also as a second question how do I make it where my keys stay light all the time rather than turning off after a set period of time?
