all right (memory, battery, etc.) . 🙄

Problem of startup affects shutdown, hibernation!
Only from energy-saving mode "Save energy when folding" he awakens!

When hibernation is started, I can IMMEDIATELY unplug the power cord and it continues to run normally
and.. boots to the finished start!! 😳 Strange!!

Battery power as expected and I can continue working or playing!!

Please help because HP Support still does not respond after 2 weeks!
