Hello everyone,
I have a major problem regarding my 9 months old gaming laptop.
I set it in standby for about an hour and couldn’t turn it back on since then. The light that indicates if the system is running is on, but the display remains black. It seems like the system is stuck in a booting process because it gets hot after a while, but the cooling fans won’t start running.
I’ve already tried to turn it off and on multiple times. The power supply seems fine, as well as the battery.
Has anyone had the same issue or knows a solution?
Thanks in advance
