Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello so I just bought this gaming laptop like a 2 months ago, and now while I was playing a game Charger suddenly stopped working. There is battery light aswell. I have an other HP laptop so I tried to plug that ones adapter in but I got a message saying that I need to connect a higher capacity adapter so that one doesn't charge but when I plug that one in the battery light is on. is that possible the AC adapter died just in 2 months? or am I missing something like update.

update: so right after i wrote this message i swapped the power cable that connects to the ac adapter itself and it started working. i dont know how it got faulty in 2 months but i guess it happens.

@varnallis To confirm you've swapped the power cords and its working fine with another cord, that would mean you need to replace the power cord, is that right? If not, please performed a ac adapter test using the steps from this link to verify the cause of the failure: click here
