HP Pavilion Gaming 15 DK0010TX BIOS Error

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Gaming 15-Dk0010TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there, okay so I went into the Update & Security settings, and there was an update and it needed to restart the laptop so I just restarted it and then it goes into BIOS update and I didn’t touch anything except clicking for “apply” something like that.

After everything was finished, I let my laptop rest for awhile and then I proceed to press the power button and only the power button that was lit up. I’m not sure if the BIOS update is the problem and now I’ve got the rear cover open and I’m looking for the CMOS battery and the jumper pins and I couldn’t locate it.

What could the problem be ? and how can fix it ?

@rzqrazami, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that you have BIOS error after the updates, we can try recovering the BIOS. Follow the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Recovering the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) for help.
