HP Pavilion Gaming 15-cx0630nd Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the beginning of October 2020 I contacted HP via Whatsapp because the screen cover on the bottom left of the screen came off. Now, several months later, it is worse and yesterday evening the hinge broke when I closed my laptop!! I want to get this fixed, because I read that many others have this problem too and it's ridicuous to think that a €1000,- gaming laptop breaks that fast!!! See pictures below to see how badly it's broken.20210605_144006.jpg20210605_144011.jpg20210605_144021.jpg20210605_144135.jpg20210605_144143.jpgPhoto from Bart de Baare(1).jpgoktober 2020oktober 2020june 2021june 2021

Hi @bartdba,

As this is a hardware issue, I’d recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region regarding service options for your computer.

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!

@Jay_G24

Thanks for your information. You wrote me to contact HP Phone Support in my region regarding the service options for my printer, except, this is about a HP Pavilion Gaming lapotop, not a printer...!

Also, the warranty is expired and I dont'know how to contact you via private messaging. Could you please contact me so we can fix this problem?

I'm looking forward hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Bart.
