Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk2000 Laptop PC (2P1Z6AV)

Hi , Firstly I dont have translate and I'II use my english sorry for that. My laptop, after 20 - 30 min when I open to my games, the game is been close and I see crash report: in Rdr2 -> gfx crash, in Valorant -> video card driver crashed!, in CS2 -> same as valorant, in Forza Horizon 4 -> Nothing, just closed. So my problem is like that. I called customer support, They said "you have problem with mainboard, it must change". its changed but this problem is don't fixed. What should I do please help me.

 

My laptops: 16GB 3200Mhz ram, i5-11300H, Rtx 3050 4GB.
