Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

I purchased my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx in June 2019.

Like many people have experienced in this thread, my laptop hinge has broken on one side and the laptop bezel/frame is popping off and causing issues. There are small parts breaking off the back and the frame has cracked. I have attached photos of this damage, it makes a cracking sound when I move the screen and seems to get worse with movement.

This seems to be a common issue. Could I be advised on what to do please?

Thanks.

Hi,

I followed that link and tried "Contact a HP Agent For Support", put in my serial number and product number but there is no option to contact HP following that. It instructs me to post on this forum.

Thanks

I already had this information, but the HP Support site that was linked does not allow me to contact HP, even if I enter these details.
