Hi, 

 

I have an HP Pavilion Gaming laptop 15-cx0xxx which is pretty much brand new and whenever i play a game i keep getting thermal throttling. can i not change my fan so that it spins faster or is on permanently or something to alleviate this issue as it causes stuttering during gameplay. i have tried the usual changing power plan options etc and speedfan doesnt seem to work so any other options would be greatly appreciated.
