Hello,

Could you please helpe with an advice?

Today, while I was playing Fortnite game, the laptop crashed unexpectedly and is not working at all to turn it on.

It is not reacting at any comand.

It seems that power is not reaching it at all.

I bought it maximum 1 month ago.

Any idea what should I do before taking it to service?

Thanks and best regards,

Alina

Hello @Tachea

If it crashed and now will NOT power on at all, you need to follow through with the HP Service Center. They might have to replace the laptop.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for the solution.

After almost two days when it didnt't respond at all on any comand, on Jan 30th when I was just about to take it to service, I have tried one more time to turn it on and it worked.

I have no clue what happend for two days when it didn't react at anything I have tried to do.

However I have already informed the service center about the issue, and I will continue to monitor it, to see if I will face the same situation again.

Many thanks for the answer, very appreciated.

Best regards,
