HP Pavilion Gaming
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I've had my HP Pavilion for about a year and a half now, and it's been completely unusable. The trackpad didn't work from the start and the battery life didn't last as long as advertised. I accepted these to be trivial things and continued using the laptop. About 6 months into use of the laptop, I noticed serious issues with the laptop. The OS would randomly freeze, and I would get the Blue Screen of Death. This happened about once every couple of hours, and it was extremely annoying. After this problem continued to persist, I contacted HP Support and had my device sent in for repair, as it was still under warranty. After waiting for a week, they sent me back my device, which I was hoping to find working properly. After using it for about 2-3 months after repair sent it back, the problems started to occur again. They became more and more frequent, until now where the computer does not last for even 2 minutes without the OS crashing. On top of that, Windows updates are never able to complete installation. EVEN WORSE, recently when I opened my computer like usual, I found that the lower right corner of the screen was broken. When I tried to close my computer, I heard cracking noises and found that the computer wouldn't close. Now as an almost completely unusable machine, I was hoping to get some help about what to do, as the computer is out of warranty.

Any help would be kindly appreciated!
