Product: HP Pavilion 15-cc504la
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I have a HP Pavilion 15-cc504la notebook and i was trying to update my current SSD m.2 128gb with a Crucial E100 SSD m.2 1tb gen 4 but i haven't been able to get it recognized by the bios. Is it posible that it is not compatible?

Hi:

 

That model series does not support any type of NVMe SSD.

 

Only the 15-cc100 model series supports NVMe SSDs.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types.

You can install a M.2 SATA SSD.
