Pavillon gaming 15-ecoxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I just bought a Pavillon gaming eco15 and I'm realy desapointed because the laptop makes some plastic noise when I make it move, especially when I move the screen. It's noise like the computer has many years of use wich is anoyign when brand new.

Is it my laptop which as isues, or some of you have experimented the same issue ?

thanks in advance for you answers

I reviewed your post and I understand that you hear a noise when you move the laptop screen.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Is it a mechanical noise or noise from inside the computer?

If it is mechanical noise that you hear when moving the lid, then I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

If the noise is coming from the inside then, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
