Hey

 

Thanks for the reply. It seems like my entire Windows Machine is bugged up.

 

I'm trying to reset my System but that doesn't work. Even Restoring failed and messed up the system even bad.

 

If you could help me in that regard, I'd be grateful.

@BSS_GAMING How was the reset attempted, did you make use of the HP Recovery partition (F11) or did you use the HP recovery media? 
If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps Or you may also attempt to download the same using the steps on this link: click here

The reset  failed miserably when it was tried through Settings.

 

Therefore the Windows Installation Media was downloaded and the reset was performed and finally it worked.

 

The suggestions as given be you would be used for future reference.
