Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As you saw in the title, it's been already MINIMUM 4 months since i last saw an update in the HP Support Assistant. I uninstalled it, restarted the pc, and installed the latest version from here , still not working
I still get, rarely updates starting with 'HP' in windows update optional updates list

Answer

You are not seeing updates because there are no updates to see.

The behavior in HP Support Assistant is normal.

There has not been a posted update in Category Software in Drivers since 2020.

Open

Open All Drivers

Open All

 

If there are any alerts for your system, these will be included in Category Bulletins and Notices

 

You can switch off the HPSA automatic checks for updates.

Just open your Software and Drivers folder once in a while to check for anything new

OR

Open HPSA and run a manual "Check for Updates".
