Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everytime I open OMEN gaming hub, I get a notification that says that hp system event utility must be installed for all the features to work,however when i click install it just opens the app and does nothing else. What can I do to fix that?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the HP System Event Utility from the link below and restart the PC.

 

This package contains the HP System Event Utility, which enables special function keys on supported notebook models to be programmed. For example, HP System Event Utility enables users to press the Fn+ESC keys to view system information. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system
