Hello, I bought an HP VICTUS 15 second hand a week ago. The laptop was working perfectly fine until I replaced the SSD. It had 256gb SSD when I bought it, but it wasn’t enough. So I bought a brand new Samsung 980 1TB SSD for it. I installed it and noticed the performance of the laptop got extremely unusably slow since I installed it. I had no idea why. I ran diagnostics and failed the battery test. It says logic state - OK and charge state - blown fuse 42. I removed the battery and connected the power cable with our the battery in the laptop, it turned on just fine but the performance is still really slow even though I removed the battery? I put back in the old SSD but the laptop is still really slow. Any suggestions?
Thank you
