Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, last night a flat mate spilled a drink on my keyboard, it was cleaned straight away and left upside down to dry however today the space bar is very sticky and im wondering what the best / recommended way to clean the space bar is. There is no damage mechanically or externally so nothing to worry about just a sticky key.
