Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Victus 16 Laptop 16-d1024nt (6G0F2EA)
My model device has a problem with running out of battery quickly, HP technical service replaced the battery, but it still runs out of battery in about 2 hours and 45 minutes

 

NOTE: I'm testing the battery time from the omen gaming hub and laptop settings in power saving mode and minimal challenging elements.

 

I am waiting for your feedback and help on this issue, thank you.
