Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello !

I bought a new HP Victus 16 laptop recently. It is working well as usual at all. Unfortunately, I have detected a small problem with it. When I was playing Overwatch, the laptop froze for 2-3 seconds (it is more like lagging and the sound also lags) and then continued working normally. At first, I thought it was because of a hard video game, but I experience this problem even while watching videos on YouTube which does not consume much performance. The freezing does not happen because of internet speed. When this problem happens the whole system freezes even the mouse cursor. I have reinstalled the CPU and GPU drivers, but they did not help. The freezing(or lagging) happens once in 2-3 hours.

Here are my laptop`s configurations:

Victus by HP Laptop 16-e0146AX

AMD Ryzen 7 5800H APU

256GB + 512GB SSD

16GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 6GB

Please help me with this problem and let me know if you are also experienced this issue.
