Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop was working fine till yesterday, no problems. However just this morning when I lifted up my laptop screen, the right side hinge area suddenly gave a pop sound. I  found that the area got a crack on the front bezel.

There's a big gap between the hinge area now, and it can't seem to close now.

My product's out of warranty and there's no HP service centers close to me. I'm afraid for it might damage my screen. How do I get this quickly resolved/repaired.

Hi @AbhiSh04,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

I see that you are facing hinge issues with your Victus By HP 16.1 Inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-E0000 (2V8Z8AV).

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.

Hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
